If you are a PMO (Project Management Office) Consultant and you have worked on SAP Projects then I have a great opportunity for you

12 month +

the role is based in Belgium - 60 % remote - 40 % on site

The would require you to speak English and Dutch or French

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Project Management Expertise:
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a PMO role, ideally within SAP project environments and full-cycle implementations.
    • Strong PMO skills including multi-tasking and the ability to manage several deliverables simultaneously.
    • Excellent understanding of key project tools like project plans, capacity plans, testing plans, and cutover plans.
    • Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Technical & Communication Skills:
    • Proficiency in MS Office and other project management tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, and similar platforms.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (presentation, structuring, and organization).
    • High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities.
    • Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a strong plus.


Responsibilities:

Project Process Development:
  • Develop, implement, and optimize project methodologies, processes, and procedures to maintain structured and measurable project management.


Planning & Budgeting:
  • Create and maintain detailed, integrated project plans, resource capacy plans, and budgets.
  • Support project integration, testing, and cutover planning.


KPI Monitoring:
  • Define and track project KPIs and dashboards for proactive monitoring.
  • Monitor and address project progress, risks, and issues on a regular basis.


Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between team members and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and submit project progress reports and support key meetings like Steering Committees.


Compliance & Reporting:
  • Ensure that project activities are in compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Regularly provide updates and support on project milestones, ensuring transparency and timely communication.


This role involves managing critical project tasks, ensuring all deliverables align with the overall objectives, and fostering smooth stakeholder communication in the fast-paced environment of SAP projects.
