Project Description
For a major international SAP S/4HANA Greenfield transformation program, we are currently looking for experienced SAP QM Functional & Technical Consultants (m/f/d) to support a long-term rollout project.
Our client operates in the Energy and Automation sector and is implementing a global SAP S/4HANA template, followed by multiple international rollouts.
The consultants will support Retrofit delivery and post-implementation enhancements, ensuring that deferred functionalities are implemented and aligned with the global SAP template.
The role requires strong SAP Quality Management expertise combined with technical understanding of integrations and enhancements within SAP S/4HANA.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Retrofit Delivery & Post-Implementation Enhancements
  2. Execute Retrofit activities within the SAP S/4HANA environment based on prioritized business requirements
  3. Analyze gaps identified during the implementation phase and design solutions aligned with the global template
  4. Configure and enhance SAP QM processes within the S/4HANA landscape
  5. Coordinate configuration, testing, and validation of deferred functionalities
  6. Ensure that enhancements are integrated smoothly without disrupting live operations
Integration & Compliance
  1. Ensure seamless integration between SAP QM and other modules such as MM, PP, and EWM
  2. Maintain connectivity between SAP S/4HANA and surrounding applications
  3. Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements during system enhancements
Technical Expertise & Support
  1. Provide functional and technical expertise in SAP Quality Management processes
  2. Support troubleshooting and resolution of SAP-related issues during retrofit and enhancement activities
  3. Work closely with development teams on technical enhancements and improvements
  4. Collaborate with the RUN team and program stakeholders
Documentation & Knowledge Management
  1. Maintain technical and functional documentation
  2. Support knowledge transfer and maintain the Retrofit solution knowledge base
Your Profile
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP QM
  2. Experience working with SAP S/4HANA implementations or rollouts
  3. Strong understanding of Quality Management processes in manufacturing environments
  4. Experience with SAP integrations between QM and other logistics modules
  5. Experience in international SAP rollout programs
  6. Ability to work in complex multi-stakeholder environments
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  8. Fluent in Hungarian and English
