Title: SuccessFactors Consultant

Completion of at least one implementation project and two Application Management Services (AMS) support projects.
Possession of a professional or associate-level certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central or other modules such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, or Payroll.
Proven experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) processes.
Proficiency in Employee Central (EC), including implementation strategies, data management, and reporting.
Experience with Integration Center and SuccessFactors APIs.
In-depth knowledge of system configuration in alignment with solution requirements.
Ability to create Configuration Workbooks and develop Proof of Concepts.
Skilled in advising clients on system configuration and design alternatives.
Excellent communication abilities with a track record of effectively managing client expectations.
