- Completion of at least one implementation project and two Application Management Services (AMS) support projects.
- Possession of a professional or associate-level certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central or other modules such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, or Payroll.
- Proven experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) processes.
- Proficiency in Employee Central (EC), including implementation strategies, data management, and reporting.
- Experience with Integration Center and SuccessFactors APIs.
- In-depth knowledge of system configuration in alignment with solution requirements.
- Ability to create Configuration Workbooks and develop Proof of Concepts.
- Skilled in advising clients on system configuration and design alternatives.
- Excellent communication abilities with a track record of effectively managing client expectations.
