Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated SAP SuccessFactors Consultant. In this role, you will design, implement, and support solutions that drive human capital management transformation. You will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and enhancements that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Configure and implement SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning Management System (LMS).
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Provide technical and functional expertise in integrating SuccessFactors with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) and third-party systems.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to guide users on best practices and ensure system adoption.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including full-cycle implementations.
- Strong expertise in modules including Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning Management System (LMS).
- Proficiency in configuring XML templates, workflows, and business rules; experience with integration tools like CPI is a plus.
- Ability to analyse complex business processes and provide innovative solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, technical teams, and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, and reporting tools
