About the company:One of the largest Italian multinationals worldwide is creating new internal financial processes and preparing for a S4HANA migration, and requires to grow his freelancer team, extending the contract every 3 months.
You will join an international project within a professional SAP team of engineers working fully remote together in a multicultural atmosphere.
Responsibility:
From analysis to implementation of global processes in SAP SuccessFactors
Evaluation of business requirements as well as technical specifications and specifications and solution descriptions
Consultation of business users and product owners regarding possible solution scenarios and alternatives, taking into account effects, dependencies and risks on the application, dependencies and risks on the application and process landscape
Structured planning and implementation of project plans
Requirements:
+ 2 years of experience in Successfactors analysis and configuration, compensation module
English or Italian fluency.
