Description

We’re looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Integration Senior Consultant to lead the design and delivery of integrations between SuccessFactors and systems such as S/4HANA, EC Payroll, Identity Management, Learning Management Systems, and other third-party applications. You’ll own the integration architecture, guide developers, and ensure high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Define and deliver end-to-end SuccessFactors integrations.
Design and deploy interfaces using the SuccessFactors Integration Center.
Act as the main point of contact for HCM-related integrations.
Ensure accurate data mapping, testing, UAT, and go-live.
Manage integration timelines, deliverables, and risks.

Requirements
Deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance Management, Integration Center).
Experience configuring Employee Mini-Master replication in S/4HANA.
Good understanding of SAP BTP (API Management, Event Mesh).
Strong HR/Payroll integration expertise.
Excellent communication skills across cultures and time zones.
At least two large SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.
Current SAP SuccessFactors certification.
