SAP Test Manager

We are seeking a senior SAP Test & Training Lead to bridge the gap between system readiness and user competence for a major Global Client based in Antwerp. This role is pivotal in preparing Key Users for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and managing the end-to-end execution of testing cycles. You will be responsible for not just the "what" of testing, but the "how," including setting up physical classroom environments and leading in-person training sessions.

Heavy Prep: Design and organize detailed UAT scenarios specifically for MM and PM/Fiori workstreams.

Cycle Time Optimization: Analyse and recognise cycle times to ensure testing remains on schedule and bottlenecks are identified early.

Key User Coaching: Provide direct support to Key Users, guiding them through the transition from functional understanding to UAT execution.

Classroom Management: Oversee the physical setup of training/testing rooms, ensuring all hardware and SAP environments are ready for users.

Lead Execution: Serve as the primary point of contact during testing "crunch times," managing defect reporting and resolution workflows.

Fiori Adoption: Drive a special focus on mobile/tablet execution for PM Fiori applications, ensuring users are comfortable with the modern UI in a field environment.

SAP Expertise: Extensive experience in Test Management on SAP S/4 HANA implementations ideally with exposure to MM and PM

Fiori Specialist: Deep understanding of SAP Fiori apps and their specific requirements in a testing and training context.

Project Leadership: At least 5+ years in Test Management or Lead roles for large-scale SAP rollouts.

Logistical Mindset: Experience setting up physical testing environments and managing classroom schedules.

Language: Fluency in English and Dutch is a must
