Job Description:
Required Technical Skill Set: 12+ years of experience in Circle Warehousing and Logistics Operations. Understanding of MRN, Demand Generation, ORAN, 4G, 5G NSA/SA, CU, DU Telco experience required Desired Experience Range** 12+ Yrs. of experience. Language Requirements** German (Must) Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Requirements
Strong Knowledge of Huge network roll out and helping network roll out and modernization as per business plan.
MRN Raise, Review, Demand generation for (O)RAN sites.
Handled end to end warehouse management of multiple warehouse(s) in the cluster for Network.
Support Planning with Inventory details during ordering.
Managing material dispatch for Network roll-out, swap activity, consolidation of network, MRN transactions.
Maintaining strict inventory controls and minimum Warehouse Residency to ensure high Inventory Turnover Ratio (ITR).
Ensuring Kitting and dispatches of Network Equipment.
Interacting with senior team members of network, marketing, sales and retail functions to coordinate and manage warehousing and logistics
Tracking warehouse performance KPIs & improvement plans
Providing visibility of inventory to user teams for effective deployment and monitoring in cluster
Managing reporting, compliances and interface for auditors and ensuring any support required for audit and any issues are addressed in a timely manner
Conducting internal audits to assure processes and standards, pertaining to Good Receipt (GRN)/ Goods Issue (GI)/ Compliance / HSW etc. Skills: Experience in Circle Warehousing and Logistics Operations. Understanding of MRN, Demand Generation, ORAN, 4G, 5G NSA/SA, CU, DU.
