Assignment description
In your role as scrum master, you supervise and coach two or three development teams within the Data renewal program. You support the product owner in setting sprint goals and you ensure that the product backlog is always up to date. As a scrum master, you ensure that the teams can maintain their focus. You stimulate constant growth within the team, this develops the team members, so that the team is well coordinated, can operate independently and is motivated to do its work. You also participate in cross-team matters such as participation in the scrum or scrums and PI events. In this way you play an important role in shaping our vision on data within the chain and you take concrete steps to realize the vertical data definition architecture.
Background assignment
You will be working within the Data renewal program within the data chain. You work in one or more multidisciplinary teams that work together to realize the data vision. We help the Tax Authorities to work in a (meta)data and model-driven manner. The teams consist of internal and external experts with the assignment to realize a number of specific capabilities for the Tax Authorities Data Platform and to embed the new working method in the organization. For example, by developing:
• Methods
• Techniques
• Tools
• Regulations
In this way we can link data in datasets to the legal framework on which this data is based.
• Only offer CVs in Dutch and candidates must be able to speak perfect Dutch.
• You possess the Professional Scrum Master I and II certificates.
• Experience as a scrum master within an IT organization (3 years).
