Description
A Scrum Master is needed for a 6 to 12 months project based in Milan, Italy. This is an excellent hybrid role, and the candidate must be based in Milan Italy and work onsite for 2-3 days a week onsite and offsite for the reminder. Candidates must be able to work in Italy without sponsorship. We are offering Market rates.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred.
- Certified scrum master, SAFe preferred.
- 5+ years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role.
- Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.
- Experience in creating project plans, backlogs, sprint plans and user stories.
- Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies like sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, sprint retrospective, and Agile games.
- Experience in implementing Agile best practices, conduct Agile training sessions, and improve techniques for conducting scrum ceremonies.
- Should have created sprint reports on sprint goals, velocity, burndown, spillovers, workload, and backlog health.
- Leadership and management experience. Excellent people and project management skills. Strong communication and presentation skills.
