A well-respected Engineering company is urgently looking for a Security Cleared - M&E Fire Stopping Planner to join their team. work under the supervision of the Head of Planning to support site ICS work packages to develop and maintain a detailed work package delivery programme on a major defence project.
This role focuses on organizing and overseeing fire stopping activities to ensure adherence to fire safety regulations and project specifications. Develop and execute fire stopping plans per project specifications and regulations. Ensure proper installation at service penetration points through coordinated sequencing.
*Please note, this role requires SC Clearance.
Key skills:
- Active SC Clearence.
- Proficient with Primavera P6.
- Previous experience in fire stopping, passive fire protection, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of service penetrations, fire stopping techniques, and M&E coordination.
- Familiarity with fire safety regulations and building codes (eg, BS 476, EN 1366, ASFP guidelines).
