Security Documentation specialist/Administrator - Framework, Policy, Procedure, Documentation, Standards, Best practice, KPI's, EU/NATO
Contract/freelance opportunity for a Security Documentation Specialist/Administrator to join my industry leading client within the Telecommunications industry. You will be joining our clients Global Security office framework organisation and will contribute in the review, update and creation of important documentation which will form a baseline for our clients global security office framework.
The role of the Security Documentation specialist will be to:
- Review standards, policies, procedures and other documentation from the Security office
- Update the policy framework based on feedback from different stakeholders within the business
- Update documents to new formats and templates, and create new templates based on requirements
- Provide pro-active interpretation of security standards, practices and policies
- Establish and maintain standards for security documentation
- Develop and Track KPI's related to security processes
- Prepare reports to showcase quality of KPI's to relevant business stakeholders
To be successful in this role the ideal candidate will have proven experience within Administration, management assistant and a role focussed around documentation best practice. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the Information Security domain, and will have ideally worked on projects in EU or NATO environments.
This position is hybrid, requiring 50% presence on-site in the Luxembourg office.
