Required Technical Skill Set:
12+ years of experience in RAN operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Proven expertise in managing multi-vendor RAN solutions (Nokia, Ericsson, Huawei, Samsung).
Experience with cloud-native and Open RAN architectures is a plus.
4G, 5G NSA/SA, ORAN,CU ,DU, ATP document verification. Telco experience required.
Desired Experience Range: 12+ Yrs. of experience.
Language Requirements: German (Must)

Requirements
Oversee the daily operations of RAN networks, ensuring high availability and performance.
Perform fault management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis of RAN issues.
Strong and clear understanding on Acceptance reports likeChecks for Active installation after Site Civil Works & Construction, Checks for parameters such as such as node visibility, golden parameters, alarm check, UL/DL RSSI levels, etc, Checks for call functionality parameters (throughput, latency, etc.), Checks related to external alarms such as battery, rectifier, AC Input, etc.
Ensure proactive monitoring and preventive maintenance to minimize network downtime.
Respond to network alarms and critical incidents, ensuring rapid resolution.
Utilize diagnostic tools (Wireshark, TCPdump, Keysight, VIAVI) to identify network faults.
Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
Analyze RAN KPIs (throughput, latency, call drop rate) to optimize network performance.
Implement parameter tuning, load balancing, and interference mitigation strategies.
Plan and execute RAN software upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.
Ensure minimal service disruption by following standard change management procedures.
Validate new software releases and features through rigorous testing in a lab environment.
Manage cloud-native RAN functions deployed on Kubernetes, OpenStack, or VMware.
Ensure seamless integration of disaggregated RAN components (RU, DU, CU).
Monitor and optimize containerized RAN workloads for efficiency and reliability.
Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, incidents, and troubleshooting procedures.
Skills:
Experience in RAN operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Proven expertise in managing multi-vendor RAN solutions (Nokia, Ericsson, Huawei, Samsung).
Experience with cloud-native and Open RAN architectures is a plus.
