About the Role

Are you passionate about public transport and about partnering with public authorities to improve the local transit experience? Do you have experience with on-demand transit? This is an opportunity to contribute to the growth and expansion of our Transit's partnerships with public transport providers and cities in Europe. As Transit Account Executive, you will source new opportunities in Europe and grow relationships, from initial discussions through to contract closure. You'll use your existing network to meet sales and revenue targets, allowing you to set up our transit partnerships for success.

What You'll Do

Acquisition and management of B2G accounts, driving towards short and long-term sales goals. Supported by a team of over 50 transit experts, you'll be accountable for a Sales target for the European region, which typically includes long sales cycles and requires long-term prospect relationship building with multiple decision makers across each target. You will partner with local policy and operations resources to coordinate target relationship building and sales efforts. In the long run, you have the opportunity to join full-time, including additional sales in the whole EMEA region.
What You'll Need

Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, lead generation, marketing, or relevant sales experience.
Demonstrated ability in selling techniques, processes and tools. Portfolio of achievement growing a customer base and consistently exceeding revenue targets and company goals.
Experience in sales to public transport agencies preferred. Ideally in selling a technology based product. Past experience with on-demand transit (DRT/Paratransit) is a plus.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as both internal and external stakeholder management.
Passionate about public transport, excited about our Transit prospects for the future and a believer in the value that transit partnerships can bring.
Experience with Salesforce; ability to develop analysis based on CRM data in a scalable manner.
Desire to take initiative; lean in with your team; thrive on change and be comfortable with ambiguity.
A builders' spirit; making something where nothing existed before gets you excited.
An owner's mentality, taking on whatever work is needed for your team to accomplish its goal.
