Senior AI Engineers – Silicon Valley (On-Site)

We are looking for a team of 5 highly experienced AI engineers to support a high-impact AI initiative in Silicon Valley, with a strong focus on LLM evaluation, experimentation, and scalable AI systems.

Project Details
  1. Location: On-site, Silicon Valley, USA
  2. Contract Type: W2 employment
  3. Duration: 3–6 months (with possible extension)
  4. Compensation: Exceptional / above market rates
  5. Requirements:
  6. Valid US work authorization
  7. Social Security Number (SSN) required
Required Experience
  1. Hands-on expertise in LLM evaluation (benchmarks, quality metrics, human-in-the-loop, offline/online evals)
  2. Strong automation and tooling skills for evaluation pipelines
  3. Proven experimentation and reproducibility mindset
  4. Solid experience with distributed systems and large-scale data pipelines
  5. Ability to work close to production-grade AI systems
Project Scope
  1. Design, build, and operate LLM evaluation frameworks
  2. Automate evaluation workflows and tooling
  3. Enable reproducible experiments and reliable metrics
  4. Collaborate closely with AI, platform, and infrastructure teams on-site
