Location: Belgium (Hybrid/Remote with Travel as Needed)

Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering:
Analyze, define, and document business requirements for ClaimCenter.
Conduct gap analysis between the current and future state of ClaimCenter implementations.
Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications for development teams.
Collaborate with underwriters, claims handlers, and insurance operations teams to gather process requirements.

Claim Center Expertise:
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on ClaimCenter, providing best practice recommendations.
Support configuration, customization, and enhancements of the platform.
Assist in claims process optimization and automation capabilities.

Stakeholder Management & Communication:
Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors.
Conduct workshops, presentations, and training for business users.
Provide regular project updates and documentation of business requirements.

Implementation & Testing Support:
Collaborate with development, QA, and UAT teams to ensure solutions align with business needs.
Support functional testing, UAT, and defect resolution related to ClaimCenter.
Assist in test case design and validation of system behavior.

European & Belgian Insurance Market Expertise:
Ensure solutions comply with Belgian and European insurance regulations.
Provide guidance on claims handling regulations, insurance policy structures, and compliance.
Support localization of ClaimCenter to align with Belgian insurance practices.

Scrum Master Responsibilities:
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
Coach teams in Agile principles to enhance process efficiency.
Identify and remove impediments affecting project progress.
Track team performance metrics (velocity, burndown, sprint progress).
Protect the team from scope creep and ensure sprint goals are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
7–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain, focusing on ClaimCenter.
Experience in large-scale implementations across multiple project phases.
Deep knowledge of claims processes, lifecycle, and insurance operations in Belgium & Europe.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience in process modeling, gap analysis, and workflow documentation.
Ability to work remotely/hybrid with occasional travel to Belgium.
