Senior Business Analyst - UK – Remote

The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for enabling business change and transformation by working closely with stakeholders, product teams, and delivery leads to define, document, and support high-quality business solutions within the Finance domain. Location: UK – Remote

Domain: Finance / Life Insurance

Delivery: IT & Change / Product-led delivery

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business needs

Translate business objectives into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Support prioritisation of work based on business value and outcomes

Work closely with Product Owners and delivery teams in Agile and Waterfall environments

Ensure business analysis artefacts meet audit, regulatory, and traceability standards

Support testing, implementation, and change adoption

Analyse business processes, data usage, and operational models to identify improvements

Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst

Strong background in Finance, ideally Life & Wealth / Insurance

Experience supporting regulatory and transformation initiatives

Experience across Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Lean delivery models

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Experience producing high-quality BA artefacts suitable for audit and compliance

Demonstrable experience working with Finance teams in the Life Insurance industry
