Position: Senior Sales Systems Business Owner - Automotive Group Belux

Context: Within the Automotive Group Belux, our dealerships rely on a suite of digital tools developed to streamline operations. From our national headquarters in Bornem, we manage the development, implementation, and support of these tools. We're seeking a Senior Sales Systems Business Owner to oversee the management of various digital tools such as stock management, test drive, and delivery applications. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with developers and dealership users, managing requirements, testing new versions, collaborating with pilot dealers, devising local workarounds, exploring reporting capabilities, setting up trainings, and overseeing communications. Essentially, you'll be the key Business Owner of these tools.

Responsibilities: As a self-sufficient leader, you'll take ownership of the following tasks:

  • Testing of New Releases: Lead testing efforts for significant system releases, overseeing end-to-end testing across different systems.
  • Defect Follow-up: Efficiently manage defect tracking, serving as the central point of contact for developers requiring clarification on issues.
  • 3rd Level Dealer Support: Provide advanced support to our helpdesk for complex queries, oversee training materials, and optimize them for new releases.
  • Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Dealers: Address escalations and urgent matters directly from dealers, swiftly providing solutions.
  • Act as SPOC for Automotive Group Belux: Present tool status updates to our Board and handle complex issues with related departments.
  • Act as SPOC for Product Development Teams: Maintain close communication with product owners, advocating for our requirements and leveraging best practices.

Location and Team: You'll be based at the Belux Headquarters in Bornem, with an expectation of on-site work three days per week. You'll collaborate within the CRM Team, linked to the Marketing Department.

Profile:

  • Senior-level experience in Project Management.
  • Proficient in IT systems with expertise in Confluence and Jira.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
  • Proven ability to independently drive projects.
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
  • Available to start from 1st of July.
