Job Description:
My client is looking for an experienced Senior Developer to join their Netherlands team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality software solutions in either C# or Java, depending on their expertise. As a Senior Developer, you will also be involved in providing technical guidance to other developers on the team and collaborating with other teams in the organization to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality software solutions using C# or Java
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Meet with clients and be the point on contact.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers on the team.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure the quality of the codebase.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software development.
- Background in either C# or Java.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Dutch - professional working proficiency.
