Reporting to: This position reports to the HR Business Area Lead and works closely with the IT Project Manager, Business Manager, analysts, and other IT functions.

Role and Responsibilities:
As the Senior HRIS Competence & Qualification Expert, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and determining the optimal solutions for managing competencies, qualifications, and certifications. Your key responsibilities will include:
• System Analysis and Understanding: Evaluate the current state and its functionalities to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
• Research and Solution Evaluation: Conduct in-depth analysis of potential solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors, third-party offerings, or custom solutions, considering scalability, customization, and integration.
• Leadership in Discussions and Workshops: Lead or participate in discussions and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and define success criteria for the new solution.
• Collaboration: Work with IT teams, vendors, and external partners to assess technical feasibility, implementation timelines, and cost implications of different solution options.
• Decision Support: Develop comprehensive business cases and cost-benefit analyses to support the decision-making process.
• Expert Guidance and Recommendations: Provide expert guidance and recommendations to senior management and project stakeholders based on thorough analysis and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements:
• Higher education degree with over 10 years of relevant experience.
• Significant experience in qualification and certification management, including competencies and skills in SAP SuccessFactors, third-party applications, and custom-built solutions.
• Fluent in French and/or Dutch; English is an asset.

• Effective communicator, able to provide insights and promote good application & data usage.

Working Conditions: On-site presence required at least twice a week in Brussels.
