Position Summary:
Create, modify, manage, and delete resource groups and compute instances
Creation and modification of tags according to the established standards
Documentation of Standard Operation Procedures
Manage Azure Stack Hub and Azure Stack HCI, including opening tickets with the vendor in the event of hardware issues.
Manage the Azure Stack Hub portal to check the health and alerts generated by the Internal Health Service and System Health Tests.
Monitoring of automatically and manually created system status logs
Monitoring services in the Azure cloud portal via Log Analytics Workspaces / AppInsights, management and compliance Monitoring of cloud and on-premises components
Use of Azure DevOps for the deployment of software-based infrastructure, execution of automation scripts and for work item management
Support with technical advice on optimization opportunities based on the incidents and resolutions
Resolution of incidents according to the defined priority or coordination with customer for the purpose of reprioritization based on business criticality
Perform capacity analysis, planning, and report to management as agreed
Creation of a weekly/monthly/quarterly report on the performance of Azure services
Creation and maintenance of runbooks, creation of a service improvement plan
Exchange with customer on best practices and standards / guidelines as recommendations, including implementation, provided that these changes are jointly decided.
Creation monthly reports, such as Azure Public cost Analysis or SLAs
Proactively analyze and notify customer of current or foreseeable issues related to environment availability, performance, and reliability
Identification of optimization opportunities, development of a continuous improvement program and implementation of the recommendations agreed with customer
Provide support to the customer through PowerShell scripts
