Description
We're looking for a Senior Nice CXOne Consultant to lead the architecture, technical strategy, and implementation of next-generation contact center solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with CX stakeholders to guide them through next-generation CX transformation.
- Define omni-channel CX and digital transformation strategies using Nice CXOne.
- Identify and implement AI-driven customer experience improvements.
- Design and implement voice & chat bots and automation tools.
- Integrate Nice CXOne with CRM tools like SAP, Salesforce, and MS Dynamics.
- Develop customized architecture standards and produce complex design documents.
- Provide technical expertise on CXOne solutions, AI tools, and digital channels.
Skills Needed:
- 5+ years of experience with Nice CXOne, including Enlighten capabilities.
- Strong expertise in contact center solutions and CX ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (Google AI, AWS Lex) and digital channel integrations.
- Knowledge of CRM integrations (SAP, Salesforce, MS Dynamics).
- Ability to translate business needs into high-level CX designs.
Working Model:
- Remote only (no travel required).
