Company Overview
Our automotive group operates several dealerships that use various digital tools developed by the parent company. From our national headquarters, we oversee the development, rollout, training, and communication of these tools. We are seeking a Senior Sales Systems Business Owner to manage multiple digital tools, such as a stock management tool, a test drive tool, a delivery app, and more. In this role, you will be in close contact with the developers from the parent company and the users at the dealerships.

Job Responsibilities:
You will work independently and take ownership of the following tasks:
• Testing of New Releases: A major system release is scheduled for October, which will be tested end-to-end across different systems during the summer. You will assist in creating UAT test cases, generating test data, and executing tests.
• Defect Follow-Up: You will raise defects in Jira and serve as the point of contact for central developers when further clarification on defects is needed.
• 3rd Level Dealer Support: For advanced questions, our helpdesk may reach out to you for support. You will also oversee and optimize the training materials for new releases.
• Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Dealers: In case of escalations and urgent issues, dealers will contact you directly to find on-the-spot solutions.
• SPOC for National Headquarters: You will present the status of the tools to our board and discuss complex issues with related departments.
• SPOC for Parent Company: You will maintain close contact with product owners from the parent company to advocate for our requirements and learn from best practices.

You will work at the national headquarters, typically on-site three days per week. You will be part of the CRM Team, linked to the Marketing Department.

Profile:
• Senior experience in project management
• Knowledge of IT systems
• Expertise in Confluence and Jira
• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
• Independent project owner
• Strong communication and argumentation skills
• Available from July 1st
