- Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions with a focus on SalesCloud and ServiceCloud.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Salesforce developers.
- Ensure best practices in coding, configuration, and integration.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality of deliverables.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementations.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies, particularly those related to SalesCloud and ServiceCloud.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Extensive experience with SalesCloud and ServiceCloud implementations.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
- Proven track record of leading Salesforce projects from inception to delivery.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German is highly desirable.
