We are looking for a senior SAP Signavio consultant to support the business and the Digital Organization full time during a 3-month transition period, bridging the gap until internal resources are in place.
The consultant will work closely with the business and is expected to take a hands-on role in setting up and stabilising the SAP Signavio platform, enabling a controlled migration from Celonis to SAP Signavio and supporting future business use.
Key responsibilities:
- Configure and prepare the SAP Signavio platform, including repository structure, process landscapes, governance setup, versioning and access/approval flows.
- Enable and support the migration from Celonis to SAP Signavio, ensuring business users can transition and continue their work
- Support process modelling activities in SAP Signavio
- Establish a pragmatic and usable process governance setup in close collaboration with the business.
- Ensure effective knowledge transfer so that internal resources can take over at the end of the engagement.
Required profile:
- Proven hands-on experience with SAP Signavio platform setup and governance.
- Solid understanding of process mining concepts (experience with Celonis is a strong plus).
- Experience from complex, enterprise environments.
- Strong collaboration, facilitation and communication skills.
The consultant is expected to act as a short-term bridge and enabler, focusing on platform readiness, governance, and handover to internal teams.
On-site / Remote:
During start-up the consultant is required to be on-site in Billund, Denmark until work flows well after which remote work can be agreed on to some extend.
