Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer – ITSM / Incident & Maintenance Focus
Location: Brussels (Hybrid – 50% Remote, 50% Onsite) - Local Belgium Candidates Only
Contract: 6 – 12 Months + Extension
Languages: English (mandatory), French and/or Dutch (a plus)

Overview
We're seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join a dynamic Agile team supporting a critical enterprise ServiceNow platform. The role is focused on incident management, maintenance operations, and workflow optimization in a complex IT environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure platform stability, continuous improvement, and effective stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver 2nd and 3rd line support for incidents and problems within ServiceNow
• Perform run tasks: small enhancements, life cycle management (LCM), and license monitoring
• Monitor ServiceNow instance health and performance
• Conduct release preparation, runbook documentation, and post-release validation
• Design and improve workflows to enhance operational efficiency
• Develop and maintain integrations with internal tools using REST APIs
• Automate data exports, email interfaces, and service processes
• Participate in migration projects from legacy tools into ServiceNow
• Generate dashboards and reports to support ITSM performance tracking

Must-Have Skills
• Proven experience as a Senior ServiceNow Developer (ITSM focus)
• ServiceNow Admin Certification (mandatory)
• Hands-on with incident, problem, asset, and change management
• Workflow design, scripting, API integrations, and automation
• Agile/Scrum working experience
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes
• Fluent in English – written and verbal

Nice-to-Have
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification
• Cloud ecosystem knowledge (AWS, Azure)
• French or Dutch proficiency
