Your Responsibilities
- Active participation in the team (project implementation in the Zurich region)
- Supporting and further developing our customers
- Installing and maintaining IT solutions based on the following technologies: Microsoft Windows (Server/Client), Microsoft 365, VDI systems (Citrix/Horizon/RDS), and Sophos Firewall
- Designing solutions and supporting our sales team
- Customer account responsibility
