Senior Verification Engineer – High-Speed Networking - Remote (UK-Belfast)

We are seeking a Senior Verification Engineer with strong experience in high-speed networking IP verification. The role focuses on advanced UVM-based verification, coverage closure, and VIP integration for complex networking protocols within Adaptive SoC environments. 6 months, with potential for extension based on performance and project needs

Verify high-speed connectivity IP using advanced verification methodologies

Develop and maintain class-based UVM verification environments

Support test plan execution, coverage closure, and sign-off

Integrate and validate VIPs for networking protocols

Work closely with design and architecture teams to debug complex SoC-level issues

Support CI/CD-driven regression workflows

Strong hands-on experience with UVM and constrained-random verification

Proven experience with test planning, functional coverage, and coverage sign-off

Verification experience with high-speed protocols, including:

Python scripting for automation and verification support

Experience working in CI/CD-based regression environments

Proficient with Git

Experience with Adaptive SoC design flows (Vivado / Vitis)

Understanding of embedded processor co-simulation and SoC-level debugging

Senior-level verification engineer with networking domain expertise

Comfortable working remotely in a contract environment

Strong analytical and debugging skills

Able to operate independently and collaborate within distributed teams
