Service Designer - Contract - Banking - Edinburgh
My reputable banking client is looking for a talented Service Designer to join their team to help enhance the digital journey for their customers.
- Hybrid working - 2 days p/w in office
- Location: Edinburgh
- Duration: 6 months with the possibility of extension
- Up to £600 per day (via Umbrella)
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs
- Create user-friendly service designs
- Conduct user research and usability testing.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams.
Candidates must have:
- Previous Service Designer experience
- Proficiency in design thinking methodologies and tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
