Job Title: Service Desk Analyst positions - bilingual - Hybrid in Prague
Are you a bilingual service help desk contractor based in Prague? I have some fantastic contracts available with my global client.
I am looking for contractors who speak:
Spanish + Portuguese + English or
Swedish + English or
Italian + English or
French + English or
Dutch + English
Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Service Desk Analyst to provide first-level technical support to end-users for my Global client. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a basic understanding of IT systems and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Manage and resolve support tickets in a timely manner to ensure minimal disruption to users.
Handle inbound calls and emails from end-users with professionalism and efficiency.
Support daily business operations, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of IT-related tasks.
Maintain and update documentation for common issues and solutions to enhance team efficiency.
Required Skills and Experience:
Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with Azure Active Directory (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Work Details:
Schedule: Two shifts (8:00–17:00 and 9:00–18:00).
Location: Hybrid setup (2 days per week in the office).
Contract: Initial term until June 2025, with potential extension.
