Service Desk Engineer
Trowbridge (5 days onsite)
3 months contract to start with (Inside IR35)
Willing to work onsite 5 days a week and able to commute to Trowbridge
(Candidate must have their own car)
Must have:
- SNOW/ServiceNow knowledge
- In depth knowledge of Office 365
- Good communicator - verbally/written format.
- SAP Experience
- HP/Lenovo Hardware for remote troubleshooting
- Conducting IT inductions for users or any similar experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain call records in Service Desk systems
- Provide support remotely or at a desktop level for all IT related issues
- Perform 2nd level troubleshooting and resolve all 2nd level type issues
- Liaise with 3rd level and specialized teams
- Setup of new accounts/clients/mobile devices
- Investigate and analyse root cause on new and recurring technical topics
- Adhere to defined Service Levels and related performance KPI's.
