SC Cleared Service Improvement Manager - Remote - Outside IR35 - £ per day - Until

The Project is regarding providing support to Risk and Change Management in regards to architecture changes

Undertake a technical review of incidents handling with a focus on Major incident management and identify ways to improve Mean time to repair (MTTR) metrics

Attend all technical bridge calls to gather insights and develop options, including root cause identifications.

Summarise recommendations based on implementing industry best practice.

Conduct a thorough technical assessment of proposed IT changes to assess that they meet organizational standards.

Identify any aspects that negatively impact existing systems. This includes evaluating the technical feasibility, potential risks, and overall impact on service delivery.

Develop recommendations to reduce the number/impact of major incidents caused by high-risk changes.

Develop comprehensive non-functional requirements policy for service management to ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability. This includes defining metrics for system availability, response times, and capacity planning.
