Role : ServiceNow Business Analyst
Location: Madrid Spain/Poland (Full remote)
Type : Contract/Permanent
Main responsibilities:
The resource will help drive the Order Management and SPM product design and implementation activities
Depending on the final team structure and personal experience, the person would either act as a Product Owner or as a Business Analyst.
Knowing both OM and SPM is ideal but candidates with only one of the 2 skills will be considered as well.
The main responsibilities are:
• Ensuring the strategic portfolio is aligned with business goals by translating high level process definitions into ServiceNow low level implementation designs formalized in epics, features and user stories.
• Building a product and/or an implementation roadmap taking into account the business context and the ServiceNow product deployment best practices.
• Organizing and leading process and design workshops with business stakeholders.
• Building and maintaining a backlog in collaboration with other Business Analysts.
• Strongly advocating ServiceNow Out of the box approach while ensuring the demand is met.
• Preparing and running product and POC demos, gathering feedback and defining improvement actions.
• Keeping up-to-date with new features and capabilities in ServiceNow SPM and ensuring the current designs are future-proof.
• Collaborating with technical teams to ensure the ServiceNow SPM suite is configured to support business needs and objectives.
• Making recommendations for project prioritization based on strategic impact, resource capacity and financial considerations.

Methodology & Functional
• 6+ years Hands-on experience in the Business Analyst / Product Manager / Product Owner role on the Servicenow platform.
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience of both/either of:
o Order Management (Product catalog, product configuration, ordering & orchestration… ).
o Strategic Portfolio Management (Project Portfolio Management, Strategic Planning, Portfolio Planning, Agile Development..)
• Good overall knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform.
• Knowledge and experience with CSDM is a plus.
• Experience in designing Target Operating Models.
• Experience of large service management transformation projects is a plus.
• Knowledge of Agile SDLC methodologies and in particular SAFe.
• Experience with project management and agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint.
Common Skills:
• Experience in (co)leading workshops, preparing and running demos.
• Excellent written / oral communication skills in English. Ability to deliver impactful and transparent messages to influence and align stakeholders with proposed approaches.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude and open mindset.
• Outstanding organizational skills, showcasing the ability to work autonomously
• Ability to understand and break down complex concepts to clarify the effort and the required changes.
• A team player used to work in a distributed multi-cultural team.
