ServiceNow Senior Developer – Maintenance & Incident Management Focus
Location: Brussels (50% Homeworking)
Language: English (mandatory); Dutch/French (plus)

Are you an experienced ServiceNow Developer passionate about keeping platforms running at their best? We're looking for a hands-on, proactive Senior Developer to join an agile team at a leading financial institution in Brussels.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and optimize ServiceNow instances (monitoring, LCM, license management).

Handle second/third-line incident and problem management (ITIL framework).

Support release management and runbook preparation.

Develop and improve workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance reporting.

Integrate ServiceNow with internal systems (API setup, data feeds, email interfaces).

Migrate legacy tools into ServiceNow.

Required Skills:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (Admin Course certification).

Solid experience with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Asset, Change Management).

Strong Agile/Scrum experience.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a complex, cross-functional environment.

Nice to Have:

ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification.

Cloud platform knowledge.

Dutch or French language skills.
