Location: Brussels (50% onsite is mandatory)
Duration: 18+ Months Rolling Contract
Budget: €400 - €450 per day, all inclusive

ServiceNow Developer (Focus on Maintenance and Incident Resolution)
Not looking for a pure developer building apps from scratch.
Instead, we want someone who maintains, supports, and improves an existing ServiceNow instance, and handles incidents and small changes.
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support the day-to-day operations of a large-scale ServiceNow environment.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong ITIL background, hands-on platform maintenance experience, and incident resolution expertise.
This is not a greenfield implementation role — instead, your focus will be on maintaining, optimising, and supporting an already mature ServiceNow platform within a complex enterprise environment.
Responsibility:
Monitor ServiceNow platform health and performance
Execute run and maintenance tasks (e.g. small enhancements, LCM, license management)
Act as 2nd/3rd line for Incident Management in ServiceNow
Work closely with process owners to manage:
Incident Management
Problem Management
Change Management
Asset Management
Support Release Management: prepare runbooks, present to CAB, validate releases
Analyse and improve workflows and automate manual processes
Build and maintain reports and dashboards
Collaborate within Agile or Scrum teams
Implement internal business processes on the ServiceNow platform
Integrate data via APIs and external system interfaces
Configure and analyse inbound/outbound email interactions
Support migration from legacy tools into ServiceNow
Design and implement custom workflows and automated exports
Experience needed in:
Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform maintenance and support
Deep understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset)
Experience supporting ServiceNow releases and CAB coordination
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues at 2nd/3rd line level
Familiarity with API integrations, data feeds, and workflow configuration
Experience with email interface configuration in ServiceNow
Proven experience with process optimisation and automation
Ability to work in a complex enterprise environment with multiple stakeholders
Certifications needed:
ServiceNow Administrator Certification – Mandatory
ITIL Foundation Certification – Mandatory
ServiceNow Implementation Specialist – BONUS
Cloud infrastructure knowledge – BONUS
