I am currently seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join my telecom clients' growing development team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions, specifically focusing on the Telecom Service Management (TSM) module.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and functionalities, with a particular emphasis on the Telecom Service Management (TSM) module.
- Customize and configure the ServiceNow platform to meet the specific needs of the telecom client.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify improvements, and resolve issues.
- Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of ServiceNow applications to ensure their stability and functionality.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a strong focus on the Telecom Service Management (TSM) module (Must have).
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its core functionalities.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Scripting, workflows, and UI customization.
- Familiarity with telecom industry standards, processes, and best practices.
- Proficiency in relevant technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.
