Description

ServiceNow / DevOps Engineer vacancy for aclient in the telecommunications sector.
Your tasks:

  • Advising and supporting business colleagues throughout the entire solution cycle - from requirement engineering and implementation to testing and go-live.

  • Realizing business requirements in an agile and efficient manner, continuously improving the quality of deliveries.

  • Optimizing processes with innovative automation to increase development efficiency.

  • Ensuring security by adhering to and living security guidelines.

  • Applying principles of re-use, resilience, and scalability in your work.

  • Collaborating within an agile team and with software architects to incorporate the product vision.

  • Working in a diverse, international, and geographically distributed team within the SAFe framework.

  • Dividing your time approximately 70% on development and 30% on operations.


Your experience/knowledge:

  • At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow or similar service management/business process platforms.

  • Experience with web services, web technologies, modern software patterns, current security standards, and scripting (preferably JavaScript and JSON).

  • Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, and DevOps principles.

  • Experience working in distributed agile setups using Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.

  • Very good English communication skills.

  • Strong focus on continuous improvement.


Nice to have:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.

  • Experience with ServiceNow modules CSM and PPM.
