ServiceNow Product Manager (ServiceNow, API, WebServices)

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced ServiceNow Product Manager to join my client's team.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing technical aspects and product management, with a focus on incident management, evolution, backlog management, release management, and more.


  • Utilize a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience to effectively manage technical aspects and product development processes.
  • Lead incident management, evolution, backlog management, and release management activities.
  • Address data integration and management challenges related to API, WebServices, SFTP, ETL, and Datalake.
  • Leverage previous experience with ServiceNow tools and demonstrate a solid understanding of ITIL processes.
  • Demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills, with proficiency in English (French proficiency is a valuable asset)
