Description

Title: SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruiting Specialist

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Hybrid (Germany)

Language: German (C1 ) & English
  • Provide clients with expert guidance on HR processes and the smooth technical and functional implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, with a particular focus on the Onboarding module.
  • Evaluate business needs and convert them into efficient SuccessFactors Onboarding processes.
  • Utilize your expertise to analyze, consult, design, and implement innovative HR business process solutions.
  • Conduct engaging training sessions and interactive workshops to equip end-users with the necessary skills.
  • Collaborate closely with other SuccessFactors teams to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Stay updated on the latest SAP SuccessFactors developments and industry best practices.
  • At least 2 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, Recruiting, or Employee Central.
  • Experience with three full-cycle SuccessFactors Onboarding implementations is a plus.
