A SharePoint & Power Apps Developer is required for my UK government client based in the South/South East.
Requirements:
A SharePoint and Power Apps Developer is required to build the framework to facilitate the migration of key content from an externally hosted SharePoint site to a new internal SharePoint site.
The SharePoint Developer will be experienced in reviewing or improving an existing transition plan and then designing and building the destination SharePoint framework and governance ready for content migration. This includes cleaning the existing environment, preparing the new environment, as well as setting out and executing migration and post-migration activities.
Working with the project team and engaging with the wider business as required, be able to design, structure and implement the new SharePoint site, document management systems, custom templates and develop Power Apps with O365 products as necessary.
Required technical skills
- Visio, SharePoint Ribbon, SharePoint and Power Apps Designer
- Visual Studio and SharePoint Object Model (SOM)
- Office 365, Web parts, SharePoint apps, User Store, Workflows
- Master pages as well as Business Connectivity Services
- Page Layouts, Windows Workflow Foundation and PowerShell
- Security and permissions policy
- Design of templates, libraries, lists and collections
- Use of SPFx and Power Automate
Contract and Service Delivery
- Mainly remote service delivery with occasional onsite attendance at UK office (South/South East).
- Security requirements: SC cleared
- Start Date: Mid-September
- Length of contract: Initially 3 months
- Rate: £450-£500 per day, outcome based service delivery
