Main tasks:
- Development of software in the Unreal engine for a distributed guidance system with a focus on the simulation of camera images and overlays
- Application of in-depth knowledge of object-oriented software development with C++ in the Unreal ecosystem
- Collaboration on threading and game scheduling solutions in the Unreal Engine
- Work with Unreal Editor, Visual Studio and Git/Mercurial
- Interpretation of complex software systemsDevelopment of software within an Unreal engine
- Creation of simulation functions for distributed control systems
- Simulation of camera images and overlays
Main qualifications
- Completed studies as a computer science engineer ETH, FH or TH
- Experience with object-oriented software development in C++ in the Unreal ecosystem
- Practical experience with Unreal Editor, Visual Studio, Git/Mercurial, SW design
- Knowledge of threading and game scheduling in the Unreal Engine (an advantage)
- Very good written and spoken English, good knowledge of German
- Solution-oriented, innovative and independent way of working
- Quick comprehension and understanding of complex software systems
