Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a Dutch speaking Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) for an initial 6 months contract in The Hague, the Netherlands
Requirements & Responsibilities Site Reliability Engineer Role:
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience as a Site Reliability, Operations or Software Engineer
- Experience with web server configuration, monitoring, trending, network design, high availability
- Practical, solid knowledge of Shell Scripting and at least one high-level language (Python or Ruby preferred)
- Expert level understanding of Linux Servers, specifically RHEL/CentOS
- Comfortable configuring DNS, DHCP, and LAN/WAN technologies
- Proficiency in a Scripting language
Responsibilities:
- Provide basic data administration and optimization, and monitoring
- Ensure UA Record can support massive, global user growth while achieving rigorous SLAs
- You will automate the server provisioning process to reduce the labor our networking engineering and datacenter operation teams
- Assist in the technology selection for core computing and software infrastructure along with data persistence
- Perform deep dives into both systemic and latent reliability issues

- Duration: Initially 6 months (with extensions)
- Hours per week: 40 hours
- Location: The Hague, NL (hybrid)
