SITS Training Specialist urgently required for a 6-month contract.

We are looking for a SITS Training Specialist who can help us lay the foundations for the SITS training delivery across our client. The successful candidate will work closely with the Student Record System (SRS) team, specifically the SRS Training Manager, to help our client design, plan, develop and deliver SITS training for their business processes aligned to both SITS Blueprints and Templates.

This role has 3 key areas of responsibility:

  • Transfer of SITS knowledge and SITS training principles to the SRS Training Manager.
  • Developing a portfolio of SITS training related resources, aligned to new business processes.
  • Advising the SITS Training Manager on the development of a SITS training strategy, training plans and a training approach across the organisation to support the design, development, delivery and evaluation of organisation branded SITS training.
  • Essential requirements for this position will include:

    • The ability to work closely with the SRS Training Manager to share current, relevant SITS system knowledge, offer guidance on training resource design, advise (and coach) on the development and delivery of f2f, online and video-based training to support SITS roll out.
    • Understanding of the interconnections between business process change and technical system change which lies at the core of the delivery of a new student record system.
    • Experience of tailoring SITS technical user guides and related training resources and activities to new business processes.
    • Experience of the development of SITS training plans. Provision of examples of training plans, if possible.
    • Examples of SITS process training schedules (both Blueprints and Templates) with session outcomes, timings, practical activities, delivery notes, system walkthroughs and evaluation activities which can be adapted to meet the business requirements
    • Existing training support resources such as user guides, aide-memoires, handouts, walkthroughs, online/E-learning modules and video storyboards which can be adapted to meet business requirements.
    • Experience of designing and delivering f2f, online and video-based training resources.

    Desirable requirements:

    • Experience of working with the Tribal SITS Blueprints methodology.
