Description


We are looking for a Solution Architect for a project engagement in Spain.

Title: Solution Architect
Location: Madrid, Spain
Work Mode: Hybrid (2–3 days onsite)
Hiring Type: Freelance / B2B
Duration: 6 months (extension expected)

Key Responsibilities
  1. Work closely with Product Owners and customers to identify development requirements and translate them into a prioritized development roadmap in collaboration with architects and development teams.
  2. Partner with business and technical stakeholders to understand integration requirements and design scalable, reliable, and robust solutions.
  3. Contribute to customer-specific solution designs and documentation as part of the pre-sales and proposal process.
Requirements
Must-Have Skills & Experience
  1. Proven experience leading development teams, ensuring stable service delivery for end customers, and supporting customer-specific solution designs.
  2. Hands-on experience with integration platform development, preferably Boomi Enterprise.
  3. Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and working knowledge of Golang, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL to effectively collaborate with development teams.
  4. Solid knowledge of integration patterns (ETL, real-time, event-driven), integration security, quality assurance, and best practices.
  5. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP, including cloud-based integration capabilities.
  6. Good understanding of Telecommunications, eCommerce, and CRM/ERP solutions.
  7. Ability and willingness to lead Agile development teams, define integration service vision and roadmap with architects, and engage with customers during both pre-sales and post-sales phases.
Nice-to-Have
  1. Prior experience in the Telecom (Telco) domain.
  2. Familiarity with TM Forum Open Digital Architecture.
  3. Experience working in an Agile (Scrum) environment.
