SQL Data Analyst

Hybrid - Leeds 1-2 days onsite

£400 - £420 Outside IR35

My client is looking for a highly skilled SQL Data Analyst to join their data team. The successful candidate will support transitioning account management systems to a new platform, ensuring seamless data migration and optimising database structures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Write and optimise SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyse data from relational databases.
  • Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and create actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI, delivering data visualisation that drives informed decisions.
  • Utilise data to generate comprehensive reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.
  • Analyse large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
  • Work with AWS cloud technologies to manage and optimize database solutions.
  • Provide analytical support to internal stakeholders, ensuring a customer-focused approach.


Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience in SQL development and working within relational database environments.
  • Proficiency with Power BI for data visualisation and reporting
  • Familiarity with both physical and virtual database systems
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with Python pandas is beneficial but not required
