SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Management - Remote - 12 months - English and Spanish fluent

We are urgently searching for an SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Management Consultant to support a global client of ours.

Start: November 2024

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 12months +

Languages: English and Spanish fluent

Role/Responsibilities;

• Proven experience for EC Time Management implementation. At least 3 years experience in full cycle projects.
• Employee Central configuration for the Spanish and Portuguese localisation from a global template design.
• At least 1 full cycle project for EC Time Tracking (from gathering requirements till go-live and hypercare phase).
• Experience in other SuccessFactors functionalities and integration with payroll.
• Fluent Spanish language skills and Portuguese would be beneficial.
• Strong communication skills.
