- Leads, oversees, and actively participates in continuous improvement efforts and small-scale projects.
- Detects, addresses, and escalates potential issues within HR applications and processes (incident management).
- Oversees minor HRIS system-based projects, ensuring proper implementation and introduction of new or updated functionalities.
- Continuously enhances processes and applications to drive improvement.
- Coordinates system modifications in partnership with the Change Coordinator for relevant applications.
- Provides coaching and training to team members.
- Collaborates with HR experts and country HR management to implement and adhere to specific local regulations.
- Evaluates and analyzes new features and incidents to recommend, develop, and implement changes that enhance operational efficiency and align with best practices.
