- Configure, tailor and manage the Recruiting, Compensation & Variable Pay, Learning, and Performance & Goal Management modules.
- Oversee and maintain Employee Central.
- Lead projects or serve as a sub-project leader.
- Coordinate and guide third-party implementation partners.
- Collaborate with global Business Process Owners to co-develop processes.
- Focus on enhancing user experience by analyzing end-to-end employee needs.
- Work closely with neighboring HR IT teams for seamless IT integration.
- Stay updated on the SuccessFactors roadmap and implement necessary actions.
- Drive operational excellence by taking responsibility for support functions.
