We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, customization, and support of SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) solutions for our clients. Your expertise will help organizations enhance their performance management processes and align employee goals with business objectives.
This is a fully remote opportunity, offering flexibility while working on exciting projects for global clients.

Location: Remote – Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina
Contract Type: B2B Contract
Key Responsibilities
? Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and challenges related to performance and goals management.
? System Implementation: Configure and deploy SuccessFactors PMGM modules to optimize performance management processes.
? Customization & Optimization: Adapt PMGM modules based on specific client needs, ensuring a tailored and effective solution.
? Training & Support: Provide training sessions for end-users and offer ongoing post-implementation support.
? Project Management: Ensure smooth execution of projects, meeting deadlines and client expectations.
? Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for system configurations, workflows, and best practices.
? Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements for better system performance and user experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
? Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) module.
? Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing PMGM solutions.
? Understanding of HR processes, particularly in performance management and goal-setting.
? Experience managing SAP SF implementation projects.
? Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
? Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
? Ability to train end-users and administrators effectively.
? Strong documentation skills to maintain implementation records.
Preferred Qualifications
? SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Certification.
? Experience with other SuccessFactors modules (Compensation, Succession Planning, etc.).
? Previous work experience in an HRIS consulting or HR technology role.
? Background in Human Resources or related field.
? Experience working in a consulting environment.
