Title: SuccessFactors Specialist

Start: ASAP

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Remote

Language: English is essential; knowledge of German or Dutch is helpful.
  • Configure, adapt and manage modules for Recruiting, Compensation & Variable Pay, Learning, and the P&G module.
  • Configure, adapt and manage Employee Central.
  • Lead projects or assist as a sub-project lead.
  • Oversee and guide external implementation partners.
  • Bring experience from multiple end-to-end project implementations.
  • Consistently monitor the SuccessFactors roadmap and identify actionable steps.
  • Drive operational excellence with responsibility for support.
  • minimum 5 years of experience in SuccessFactors
  • Expertise in Employee Central, particularly in Compensation.
